1. Identity of the Data Controller
Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by Mildy Danışmanlık Limited Åžirketi (“Company”), acting as the data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Processed Personal Data
Depending on the nature of the services and activities provided, the following categories of personal data may be processed by the Company:
Identity information (name, surname, etc.)
Contact information (email address, phone number, etc.)
Customer transaction information
Financial information (payment details, invoice information, etc.)
Device and transaction security information (IP address, device information, usage data, etc.)
Location data
Marketing data
Visual and audio records (if any)
Request and complaint management data
The categories of personal data processed may vary depending on the platform and service used.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data are processed for the purposes of providing products and services, managing contractual processes, carrying out payment transactions, providing customer support services, offering location-based services (such as regional content and time calculations), improving and developing service quality, fulfilling legal obligations, evaluating requests and complaints, conducting information security processes, and—where explicit consent is obtained—carrying out marketing and commercial communication activities.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, with banks and payment institutions, service provider business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and payment infrastructure providers (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
5. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection
Your personal data are collected through websites, mobile applications, physical application forms, call centers, and electronic communication channels, by automatic or non-automatic means.
Your personal data are processed based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5/2(c) of the KVKK (establishment or performance of a contract), Article 5/2(ç) (legal obligation), Article 5/2(f) (legitimate interest), and, where applicable, your explicit consent.
6. Your Rights Under the KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
*Learn whether your personal data are being processed,
*Request information if your personal data have been processed,
*Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
*Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
*Request correction if personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately,
*Request deletion of personal data in case of unlawful processing,
*Object to a result that is against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
*Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Requests from data subjects regarding the exercise of the above-mentioned rights within the scope of the KVKK legislation will be concluded by the Company within a maximum period of 30 days. You may submit your requests regarding your rights listed above to info@mildy.co
