A small glowing lamp in a dark room representing humility in Islam
True strength isn't loud — in Islam, humility is the mark of real character.

The Servants of the Most Merciful

وَعِبَادُ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الَّذِينَ يَمْشُونَ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ هَوْنًا

"And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth in humility." (Surah Al-Furqan, 25:63)

This verse describes the believers closest to Allah not by their status or achievements, but by how gently they carry themselves — without arrogance, without needing to prove anything.

Why Humility Matters

Humility (Tevazu) isn't weakness. It's the quiet confidence of someone who doesn't need to dominate a room to feel secure. The Prophet ﷺ himself — despite his position — sat with the poor, mended his own clothes, and never raised himself above others.

Carrying It Into Daily Life

Humility shows up in small moments: listening more than speaking, accepting correction without defensiveness, and treating everyone — regardless of their status — with the same respect.

Let today be a reminder to walk a little more gently.
