The purpose of this Mildy Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is to determine the terms and conditions regarding the use of information and data shared with Mildy Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi (“Mildy”) or obtained by Mildy during the use of the Mildy website (www.mildy.co), other physical and digital platforms where Mildy products and services are offered for sale, and mobile applications developed by Mildy (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

 

Mildy may disclose information transmitted to it electronically via the Platform only to its employees, subcontractors, business partners, and affiliates on a need-to-know basis and shall not disclose such information to third parties other than those stated above. In this regard, Mildy undertakes to keep confidential information strictly private and confidential, to consider it as a confidentiality obligation, and to take all necessary measures and exercise due care to ensure and maintain confidentiality and to prevent any or all confidential information from entering the public domain or being used or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

 

Such information may be used to establish communication regarding services obtained through the Platform, to improve users’ Platform experience, to enhance existing services, to create new services, and to provide personalized services. In addition, such information may be used for statistical analysis, database creation, and market research purposes without disclosing the identity of the relevant individual. Mildy may also use such information in anonymized form for any other income-generating activities.

 

Users acknowledge and declare that device information, IP address, usage data, and location data collected during access to the Platform may be stored, used, and otherwise processed by Mildy in accordance with applicable legislation, without being limited to the purposes stated above, and that such information may be anonymized and shared with third parties.

Provided that explicit consent is obtained from the relevant individual, such information may be processed and stored by Mildy for the purposes of sending commercial electronic communications and conducting direct marketing activities, and may be shared with third parties providing services to Mildy within this scope. Additionally, the user may be contacted for the purpose of providing notifications regarding the promotion of products and services and similar activities.

 

In addition to the above, Mildy may anonymize information related to transactions carried out on the Platform and store, process, and share such information with its business partners for the duration required to fulfill these purposes, including statistical evaluations, performance assessments, marketing campaigns of Mildy and its partners, and annual reports or similar reports.

Financial information collected by Mildy is used for invoicing purchased products and services and for processing payments. When a purchase is made on the Platform, the financial information of the relevant user may be transferred, limited to the purpose of the transaction, to necessary third parties such as banks, payment institutions, credit card companies, and related digital payment service providers. The shared information may include all required financial details, including credit card number, expiration date, and CVV2.

In addition to credit card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and similar digital payment systems may be used for payments made via the Platform. In such payment methods, transactions are carried out through the secure infrastructure of the relevant digital payment service provider, and card details are not stored in Mildy’s systems but are transmitted directly to the relevant bank or payment institution.

In transactions conducted in a secure environment, no person, institution, or organization other than the user and the bank or payment service provider that issued the credit card can access the user’s financial information. The credit card transaction page or digital payment interface transmits card details directly to the bank’s POS system or the relevant payment infrastructure and notifies the user of the transaction result. Credit card information is not transmitted via email or similar methods and is never stored by Mildy. Mildy has no access to credit card information transmitted as a result of online transactions.

Mildy reserves the right to amend the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time. Any amendments to the Privacy Policy shall become effective as of the date they are published.
